You will need to have your login details to access your customer account.

BOOKING POLICY

  • Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This will be taken upon booking via the online booking system.

  • Bookings are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% (including the deposit), this is applicable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking.

  • Bookings are also subject to a no-show charge of 100% (including the deposit)

  • Charges will need to be paid in full before making a new booking.

  • If you don't wish to pay the charge, no future bookings will be offered and the deposit will be deducted.

  • Appointments can be booked online up to 3 months in advance - dates past 3 months will gradually be made available.

  • If you would like to book a sooner slot, please book the next available appointment, then check the booking system frequently for cancellations to reschedule to.
